Reminisce
A year ago TODAY I started my journey on the trail. I had started an adventure of a lifetime. Thinking back to that day is so surreal. I read my blog and can't believe that was me. Although I didn't make it to Canada I am glad that I went for it.
I find myself wanting to get back on the trail where I left off. I haven't convinced myself yet to commit. The feeling is there though. I am excited to follow some of the blogs from class of 2015.
I'm jealous of everyone starting their first thru hike this year on the PCT. You only get one first time haha. Good luck and happy trails to the class of 2015.
I still have my bear can if anyone would Like to borrow it. Just pay the shipping to send it back.
Good to hear from you James. You may be lucky. The PCT may never be the same after "Wild". Actually, I'm thinking of making outdoor play a priority since it seems the west may be lost soon (wild fires, states selling off land to other nation's companies, reintroduction of bear and other lethal predators). Ha The only thing keeping it from being totally overrun is the techie generation!
